Nuck Toolbucket
A downloadable asset pack
This is just a group of effects I created while playing around with different features of UE4. They are mostly stylised. Initially they were meant to serve as my Final Year Project, but I ended up treating this as more of a testing ground for different effects.
If you have any suggestions, issues to fix, or effects you would like me to create, please leave a comment below. This project is using a UE4 version 4.22, and due to HLSL in it, it might not work with a different version of the engine. Some of the effects should be fine to migrate (particularly the ones not containing Custom Expression nodes), others will need to be manually migrated by setting them up for the target version of the engine.
In case you're having issues with downloading the project or running it, please get in touch and I'll try to solve it.
INCLUDED EFFECTS:
- Blurs (Box, Gaussian, Radial, Circular)
- Posterisers (standard 3band celshader with manual and curve atlas banding, Hope poster, MadWorld style imitation)

- Flip (flips the player orientation when the player enters the collision box)
- Kuwahara filter (standard, directional, two unfinished attempts at Papari method)
- Deep Fried meme filter
- Water shader with interactive ripples (there's scalable version without ripples)
- Various test surface materials
